Semers makes baked-apple snacks in Riga under the App’Lite name: baked apples and egg white, with berries or cinnamon in some flavours, no added sugar and no flour. The shop also sells Blum Baker’s flourless apple cakes. This page is what we make, what we sell, and how.

Baked apples and egg white. That is the list.
The apples are baked, then whipped with egg white until the purée holds air. It is spread thin and dried slowly, in layers. Berries or cinnamon go in for some flavours. Sugar and flour do not.

The range
Apples and egg white, five ways.
App’Lite ir 35 g ābolu batoniņš, 35 g ābolu bezē, 50 g cepto ābolu deserts un klasiskais ābolu deserts 500 g kastē. Veikalā ir arī Blum Baker’s 50 g ābolu kūciņa bez miltiem. Katra no tiem sastāvā ir āboli un olu baltums, dažām garšām arī ogas vai kanēlis.
Šis veikals bija pēdējais. Līdz šim mūs varēja atrast Maxima veikalos, Barbora vietnē un veikalos visā Eiropā; tagad tās pašas kastes var doties no Rīgas līdz jūsu durvīm.
