Apple Meringue
A meringue is usually egg white and a mountain of sugar. Ours is egg white and baked apple. It bakes into the same crackly, melt-away crunch — with the sweetness coming from the apples instead of the sugar bowl. Berry Mix adds blackcurrants, cranberries, lingonberries and blueberries.
Light enough to eat a whole tub, satisfying enough that you probably won’t need to. Great with coffee, crushed over yoghurt, or as the “dessert” in a lunchbox.
